Oh no ! Here I go again with this chocolate thingy !


These cookies are so good and so-o-o-o-o easy ! Here's the recipe.I like nuts in mine.Your hips will love them , I promise !!


CHOCOLATE FUDGE COOKIES


INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
1 (18.25 ounce) package devil's food cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix, eggs and oil until well blended. Fold in the chocolate chips. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls. Place the cookies 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely

Mmmm...cake mix cookies! Love them!

Try a spice cake with white chocolate chips and a few walnuts or peacns...same recipe!

Guess what I'll be doing today? Chocolate cookies are DH's favorite!

Theresa, another day on the town. Therapy is long and before I know it the day is done. I also had a Dr. appt. today. Just a check up and all is well. Yeh!

I love any cookie that starts with a cake mix. Yum. I am going to make them for sure. Thanks for the recipe.

Yum Theresa...chocolate anything is delicious, but these look simple AND delicious!
Just checked, don't have choc chips..but going to 'town' tomorrow for sweet potatoes (thanks to you!), yeast as I must make Cinn. Rolls on Sat., so will pick up choc chips too!

I wrote this recipe down lickity split. I LOVE chocolate. I only have one problem with the recipe...it's the part that says let cool on baking sheet 5 minutes before removing...LOL
