450 Mile Flea Market ..............

We went on the 450 mile flea market last weekend . Here are a few pics for you to look at . Lots of traffic ! This flea market is on old highway 127 every year in August. It runs from from somewhere up in Ohio down into Alabama .
This is all I got this year . It is just so hot , I can't stay out there very long . The single coffe cup matches my Aunt Lena's dishes I have . I snatched it right up. It is the first one I have found.Only 7 more to go , LOL ! Cost-$ 2.00.Dessert set with roses - $ 5.00,tablecloth - cost $ 1.00. Soap dish, cost - $ 1.00 , napkins $2.00 , dome lid $1.00,shelf - $2.00
Another sweet perfume bottle - $3.00
A brand new sewing box - $3.00 and new hangers - $1.50
People scurrying everywhere.

Lots to see.

I thought this was pretty unusual . Hand carved . I think this is a good pic for the end of this post !Pun intended ,LOL !

Hi Theresa, THERE HERE!!! Yippee. I adore them. Your needle work is gorgeous. Thank you so much for offering them on you post. I am so lucky to have them. Beverly said she will come and steal them. No Chance. I am posting them tomorrow and how I am showing them as well. You will see why I wanted them so much. Your note was so sweet and I will always be proud to say I got them from my dear blogging friend.

Now, I am so jealous that you were able to go the that huge sale. I have always wanted to do that. I think you found some wonderful things for so little cost. I love all the things you purchased. I'm happy you found the cup too.
Most of all,the last photo really made me laugh. How odd!!

Love you dear friend...Jeanne

I really like your new header. Maybe it isn't new since I have been out of the loop for a while, but I really like it.

This heat is killing me! I don't think I could have been out to do shopping today. They were telling people to stay in out of the heat.

It looks like you found some real bargains. Take care.
Hugs,
Cheryl
