No matter how young you feel ...... this hurts !
EDDIE HASKELL , THE BEAVER , and WALLY .
Holy cow !! They look older than the dinosaurs . Leave It To Beaver was one of my favorite TV shows. I was just flabbergasted when I got this pic in email. I sure hope I don't look this ancient.
I never could stand that smart mouthed Eddie . And Beaver was always so cute ! And I used to think Wally was a hunk LOL .Now when I watch the show it looks funny to see June in her pearls and heels.Oh me , those were the good old days !

Theresa,
OH MY GOODNESS...they are OLD! I love the show to...I thought Wally was Cute...love to hear Beaver...He was funny and cute. The days has flown by...where has it gone...It just seem like it was yesterday. I still watch the show. Love it! Great posts..thanks for sharing..Have a wonderful day. Katherinellen
I always watched "Leave it to Beaver." I remember getting so upset with Eddie. The mothers of my childhood were all June Cleaver. Where did the years go?
Sweetie
Ahhhh...they still have that youth in their eyes :)
Okay, that is a bit shocking isn't it. I bet they are just as spunky, if not more so, now than they were back then!

Oh, I did love that show, too. And, I, too, am wondering where the heck the time went so FAST. I went to my 50th class reunion in 06 and I could not believe all those OLD folks there!! Haha...and, guess i fit right in with them. When I look in the mirror, i think, OMGosh, I am so old...then, I think, thank goodness i'm not 80 yet.!!
Thanks for showing us this photo of some of our past....
How funny! I still like to watch Leave it to Beaver when it's on re-runs.
I like to think they have just aged badly and besides, I was too young to watch those shows. Really.
This was one of may favorite shows. Yep, the age has come upon them! But Wally does look better than that picture. I saw him on a talk show not long ago and he's still cute. I had a crush on him, too!
Be a sweetie,
shelia ;)
lol Isn't it funny how stars can age while we don't?
What a way to start the day Theresa!! Yes, time flies and the vision of our youth goes with it. Fortunately in our head we are still the same!!
WOW....sigh...still feelin young, tho
oh my...they have gotten older! Wally took the best picture though!
OH MY GOODNESS! I don't think I will look into my mirror today.

WOW! I'm shocked - I just know I don't look that old. I watch Leave It To Beaver all the time and always had the hots for Wally! I wonder if he still looks good in his chinos???
Ouch! Ouch! Ouch!

O M GOODNESS, Yes age does creep up on ALL of us. Better them than us LOL. Love and Prayers, Suzanne
I always thought Wally was "dreamy". They do look old. It is shocking seeing them like that!
Eddie Haskell used to really bug me!!!
take care,
Dawn
is it rude for me to say I have no idea who most of these guys are?
it may not be because I am young...(37) but because we did not have more than 3 channels on our t.v. as a kid!
I never was able to see the braidy bunch, gilligan's island, or the rest of the classics! don't worry...you look wonderful!
Theresa, I can't stop laughing at your post tonight. I was out shopping today and am behind in my visits. Back to Eddie, Beaver and Wally. Oh my gosh they did not age very well. Theresa you look wonderful to me. I agree with your thoughts about the Beaver shows. When I see this I feel old. Thanks for a good laugh. I loved your outlook on this. LOL.
Thanks for your sweet comment about my grands.
Love...Jeanne
First of all, let me say PRAISE GOD, that your CT was negative! There is such power in prayer! :) I am so glad for you, dear friend!
Now, I feel like everyone else ages but me! LOL! I see someone I grew up with, or TV stars I adored, and have all gotten old, but not myself! Isn't that grand! LOLOL! ~hugs, Rhonda :)
OMG Mrs. Cleaver boys have gotton old looking..I use to watch this show all the time and just so wished my Mom was like June Cleaver and got to stay at home and wear pearls..Loved going down memory lane with you today..Thanks hugs and smiles Gloria

This is not optimistic but this is the truth. The time is going soooo fast.
Have a great day, dear Theresa!
Oh that is funny, but I have one question, Theresa.....did women really dress like that back then? nancy
I loved that show too, but I watched it because I liked their house. I was all about interior design even as a kid. =)
First of all, I am so thankful that your scan came out negative!! As for the Leave it to Beaver.. I used to watch them... time certainly catches up with us doesn't it? Have a wonderful weekend, blessings, Kathleen
LOL, Theresa! Older than the dinosaurs! I can't see Jerry Mathers that the music from "Leave It To Beaver" doesn't start playing in my mind. I loved that show! Still do!
Happy Sunday!
XO,
Sheila... to whom Beaver will always be ten years old in my heart and Wally is still a "hunk"
Hi Theresa, just stopping by, and you are right, where does the time go? Yesterday I had little kids and today they have little kids! Yikes! I too had a crush on Wally, I bet he hears that all the time! CONGRATULATIONS on your negative scan! And have a wonderful new year!
