Every year in blazing HOT August they have the "World's Longest Yard Sale" I noticed this year they have it advertised as being 654 miles long. Now that's a whole lot of junk ! It goes from Gadsden , Alabama to West Unity, Ohio just get on Highway 127 and head north or south and have a ball ! It officially starts Aug. 7- 11 . But the vendors are already setting up as you can see from my pics . This is just a sample. If I get back down there by this weekend I will post more pics of it. I just live 10 minutes from 127. I have always wanted to go to this sale...I hear about it all the time...but California is a bit to far. I would have to drive a very large truck to take home all the goodies....Happy shopping!!!!

hI AGAIN! I have been to the 127 sale befor and am planning to go again this friday. I hope the weather is not too hot or i wont last long..... It is so exciting and i cant wait!!! I hope i can find old rhinestone jewelry, cheap!!!

I'm not far from West Unity, Ohio! I am definitely going to check it out this weekend because 127 is not far away at all! I have never gone to the route 127 garage sales before, but it looks like so much fun! Oh, and I joined the bathroom snappers! lol

Oh, I wish I were there! I was trying to get a trip together, but just didn't work out. Turns out Tommy and Milissa (family in Chat.) are coming to San Antonio in the fall. I can't wait!
