We're goin to have 3 new kids on the block..........

aren't these just the sweetest little eggs you've ever seen ?? I went out on the porch to water my ferns the other morning and a bird flew out and I just about had a coronary right there ! I had noticed grass all over my porch and I kept sweeping it off. Momma and daddy have been very busy. The eggs are just the faintest color of blue. I will keep an eye on them and try to get a pic of them when they hatch. I don't have a clue as to what kind of bird that has built the nest .

Yeah, I am the first to see those sweet eggs in the nest. Why are we so enthralled by a birds nest and eggs? Amazing photograph.

Thanks for looking in on my post. your comments are always welcome.

Going to bed, it's late.

Happy belated Birthday, Theresa:)Hope you had a memorable
enjoyable Day.
Your photo is lovely. As to your question: I think they might be Eastern birdbirds eggs. There is a photo of blue eggs that look like yours at this link

So sweet! Yesterday afternoon I kept hearing a bird chirping, and my Yorkies were barking at the back door that goes to the garage. So I open the door, and there's this little wren! And I hadn't been anywhere in the car for days. So it must have entered when I took the trash out or something. I had to take my broom and gently ease it outside!

Aww.. so sweet. My mom has her own aviary I call it now. It started out with one bird building a nest in a birdhouse on her porch. Now I think the last few months there are have been 3 or 4 separate nests in hanging plants and birdhouses. I'm sure before too long you'll hear the churpping of baby birds again.
