Mary over at "Across The Pond" wanted to see pics of hand painted furniture. This is the only piece I have. This is a chest, it is about 2 1/2 ft x 2 1/2 ft. I just love it . I really didn't have anywhere to put it, but that doesn't stop me fom buying something I like LOL .I know that I will find a place SOMEWHERE ! I keep my wrapping paper & gift bags , bows etc. in it . I thought that would be a good place to keep all of that stuff. I bought the chest at of all places "Big Lots ". I have found some really neat stuff there before. They don't have as many good things as they used too have though. I paid $ 30.00 for it .

Theresa, it's beautiful. And, of course I would love it with the roses.
Such a pretty piece to have in your home Theresa - one can never go wrong with roses! Thanks for sharing. I have several more pieces so will have to do another 'painted post' later.
Have a fine weekend.
Mary.
Theresa,
I've somehow stumbled upon your lovely blog and I will be back!

Theresa, This my first visit to your blog and I am interested in so many of the same things. It is amazing how blogging has opened a whole new world for me. I'm loving it!
My sister is a 6 year survivor of breast cancer. I know how she thanks the Lord for each year she is on this earth. Blessings to you today and always, Jeanne
What a lovely piece! I am just like you, Theresa, I cannot resist something beautiful. I always say that it has my name on it and I simply have to just take it home. I always find a place although that is getting more difficult! i do hope you have a good work. Love Eleanor
Hi Theresa!
Very pretty painted chest, and what a clever idea for using it!
I also loved the story of the prayer cloth in your previous post. What a lovely tradition!
Have a blessed day!
Chris
P.S. Thanks for your nice comment on my blog!
